Convenient Parking with Palm Island Transit
Whether you’re visiting for a short stay or planning a longer visit, Palm Island Transit has parking options to suit your needs.
Parking Options
We offer both short-term and long-term parking options. All parking spaces are assigned, and you may only park in your assigned space. Parking space rentals are for vehicles only (cars, trucks, small vans, golf carts).
Please note that long-term parking (6 months or longer) is restricted to island property owners or long-term renters.
A $50.00 refundable deposit is required for all parking space rentals for the key card. Once the key card is returned, a refund will be issued.
The north side of Panama Blvd has free, public, parallel parking, first-come, first-served. The south side has no parking.
After Hours Parking
If you are arriving after office hours or on Saturday or Sunday, you will need to reserve and pay for your parking space in advance. You can fill out the attached short term parking form and email it to mainlandadmin@palmisland.com. The Transit office will then contact you to make arrangements for your access card. Access cards can either be picked up at our office, mailed, or arrangements can be made for after-hour card pickup. Payment can be by cash, check or credit card.
Please note that any unauthorized vehicle found in the parking lot will be towed at the owner’s expense. For reservations or more information, please call 941-697-8809.
