Parking - Inland Secured Parking


Parking is available at the Island Park Lot, on Panama Blvd. just before the Palm Island Transit Landing. Short term parking is available for anyone who is staying or visiting on the island, Long term parking (6 months or longer) is restricted to island property owners or long term renters. There are no public boat ramps on the island but you may make arrangements to park your boat trailer after using one of the public ramps in the area. The rates for one parking space are as follows:

Short Term:
• Daily $15.00
• Weekly $70.00
• Monthly $250.00

• 3 months $600.00

All parking spaces are assigned and you may only park in your assigned space. Parking space rentals are for vehicles only (cars. trucks. small vans, golf carts).  There is a $50.00 refundable deposit for  all parking space rentals for the key card. Once the key card is returned, a refund will be mailed within 7 days.

Various trailers, jet skis, and RVs require time and size restrictions. Please call 941-697-8809 with dimensions of your vehicle so that we may properly arrange your parking space. 

AFTER HOURS PARKING ARRANGEMENTS

If you are arriving after office hours or on Saturday or Sunday, you will need to reserve and pay for their parking space in advance. You can fill out the attached short term parking form and email it to mainlandadmin@palmisland.com. The Transit office will then contact you to make arrangements for your access card. Access cards can either be picked up at our office, mailed, or arrangements can be made for after-hour card pickup. Payment can be by cash, check or credit card.

Any unauthorized vehicle found in the parking lot will be towed at owner's expense.
