Island Residential Rate Information
NON-COMMERCIAL VEHICLE PASSES* (Jan 1 - Dec 31): Passes are available at the Transit Office, and you may pay with credit card.

*Note: Passes are non-refundable. Vehicle specific passes are available for property owners on Palm and Don Pedro Islands for vehicles 3/4
ton or less. Passes are good for only one (1) car. Passes are non-transferable and cannot be switched between vehicles. Passes must be permanently affixed on the vehicle in clear view of the Captain and Mate. Passes are valid
from January 1 through December 31 of the year purchased. Annual auto passholders receive 6 walk-on guests per day. Annual golf cart passholders receive 4 walk-on guests per day. Ranger or Transit Office must be notified in
advance for walk-on guests, or they will be charged.
FLEX PASSES* (Valid for one year from the date of issue) ** FLEX PASSES ARE MADE IN THE OFFICE AND NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL 24 HRS AFTER WE RECEIVE AN APPLICATION. SO PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY AND ADD "MAINLANDADMIN@PALMISLAND.COM"

*Note: Passes are non-refundable. Flex passes are available for property owners and residents on Palm and Don Pedro Islands for non-commercial
vehicles 3/4 ton or less. Passes are vehicle specific and can be shared between 2 different vehicles. (Vehicles must have common ownership I.E.: owned by the person(s) whose name(s) is/are on the title to the property) A copy
of the registration for each vehicle on the flex pass must be presented at the time of purchase. Decals issued with the Flex Passes must be permanently affixed to the vehicle in clear view of the Captain and Mate. This pass
is not transferable to any other vehicles without the consent of Palm Island Tansit, Inc. Flexpasses do not have walk-on privileges.
Flex passes are available to renters who are who are leasing island residence for 6 or more consecutive months. A valid lease agreement must be presented at the time of Flex pass purchase.
Because Annual and Flex Passes are vehicle specific they can not be used for guests or commercial vehicles.
